Aflac intends to sell $750 million 10-year senior notes Tuesday

Virginia Beach, Nov. 4 – Aflac Inc. is set to sell $750 million of 10-year senior notes (A3/A/) in Tuesday’s session, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission and a market source.

Bookrunners are Goldman Sachs & Co., Mizuho Securities USA Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The company provides supplemental health and life insurance through its subsidiaries and is based in Columbus, Ga.
