New Issue: Citi prices $538,000 market-linked notes due 2023 tied to S&P, Russell

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 7 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $538,000 of 0% market-linked notes due Feb. 3, 2023 linked to the worst performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final level of the worse performing index is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of that index, up to a maximum payout of par plus 20%.

If the final level of the worse performing index is less than or equal to the initial level, the payout will be par plus the return of that index, subject to a minimum payout of 95% of par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
