Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 4 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced sells $2.42 million of 0% buffer securities due Aug. 4, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any ETF gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 17%.
Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% per 1% drop beyond 10%.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
