New Issue: Citigroup prices $7.51 million putable floating-rate notes due 2059

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 20 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $7.51 million of floating-rate notes due Dec. 23, 2059, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The annual interest rate is Libor minus 30 basis points, subject to a minimum of zero. Interest is payable quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par.

Beginning Dec. 23, 2020, the notes will be putable annually, subject to a minimum of $100,000 principal amount of notes. Per $1,000 principal amount of notes, the repurchase amount will be $980 to and including Dec. 23, 2029, $990 from and including Dec. 23, 2030 to and including Dec. 23, 2039 and par from and including Dec. 23, 2040 to but excluding the maturity date.

The note are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
