Citigroup to price buffer securities due 2021 linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 16 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% buffer securities due Dec. 23, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the index return, subject to a maximum return of 36.95%. Investors will receive par if the index declines by up to 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 15%.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.

The notes will price Dec. 20.

The Cusip number is 17327T5U6.
