New Issue: Citigroup prices $500,000 buffer notes linked to S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 6 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $500,000 of 0% buffer securities due Dec. 2, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 100.5% of the index return. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 25% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 25%.
The note are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
