Citigroup to price enhanced buffered digital securities linked to Dow

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 15 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% enhanced buffered digital securities due May 31, 2023 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the final buffer value, 85% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital return amount, which is expected to be 15% to 18% and will be set at pricing. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.

The notes will price Nov. 25.

The Cusip number is 17327TYD2.
