Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 7 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $4.62 million of 0% index-linked notes due May 3, 2021 linked to the S&P/TSX 60 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,776.70 per $1,000 of notes.
Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
