Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 5 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $5.77 million of autocallable contingent coupon equity-linked securities due Sept. 2, 2020 linked to the common stock of Amazon.com, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Each quarter, the notes pay a contingent coupon at the rate of 8% per year if the stock closes at or above its coupon barrier value, 78% of its initial level, on the valuation date for that period.
The notes will be automatically called at par if the stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly observation date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the stock finishes below its final barrier level, 78% of its initial level, in which case investors will receive 2.83407 Amazon.com shares.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
