Citigroup plans to price market-linked notes due 2025 tied to S&P

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 23 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% market-linked notes due March 4, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, capped at par plus 30% to 40%. If the index falls, investors will be exposed to losses up to 5%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent.

The notes will price on Aug. 27.

The Cusip number is 17327TMZ6.
