New Issue: Citigroup prices $2.58 million barrier digital plus notes linked to indexes

Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 15 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.58 million of 0% barrier digital plus securities due Aug. 18, 2022 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final level of the least-performing index is greater than or equal to its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the least-performing index’s return and 37.45%.

If the final level of the least-performing index is less than its initial level but greater than or equal to its barrier value, 70% of its initial level, the payout will be par.

If the final level of the least-performing index is less than its barrier value, investors will be exposed to the decline of the least-performing index from its initial level.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
