Citigroup to price trigger jump securities tied to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 13 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% trigger jump securities due Nov. 19, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 11.15%. The payout will be par if the index declines by 10% or less. If the index declines by more than 10%, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline from the initial level.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as a dealer.

The notes will price on Aug. 16.

The Cusip number is 17327P534.
