Los Angeles, July 31 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $17 million of callable step-up coupon notes due July 31, 2024, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The interest rate is 2.5% initially, stepping up to 2.75% on July 31, 2021, to 3% on July 31, 2022 and to 3.5% on July 31, 2023. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
Beginning on July 31, 2020, the notes will be callable at par on any quarterly redemption date.
