New Issue: Citigroup sells $29.02 million index-linked notes tied to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, July 5 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $29.02 million of 0% index-linked notes due Aug. 5, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,131.10 per $1,000 of notes.

Investors will lose 1% for each 1% index decline.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent.
