New Issue: Citigroup sells $1.01 million buffer securities tied to Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., May 16 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.01 million of 0% buffer securities due Oct. 29, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any index gain, capped at par plus 33.5%. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
