New Issue: Citi prices $3.35 million index-linked notes tied to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., April 26 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $3.35 million of 0% index-linked notes due Oct. 28, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 400% of any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,160 per $1,000 of notes.
Investors will lose 1% for each 1% index decline.
