New Issue: Citigroup sells $10 million autocallable securities on Euro Stoxx 50

Olympia, Wash., April 23 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $10 million of 0% autocallable securities due April 23, 2029 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Citigroup will call the notes at par of $1,000 plus a call premium of 15.67% per year if the index level is greater than or equal to its initial level on any annual call date.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 156.7%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the index declines from its initial level.
