New Issue: Citigroup prices $5.6 million trigger digital notes on S&P, EM index

Olympia, Wash., April 17 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $5.6 million of 0% trigger digital notes due April 15, 2021 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 11.35% unless the lesser performing index finishes below the 60% downside threshold, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are the agents.
