New Issue: Citigroup sells $309,000 market-linked notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Columbus, Ohio, April 2 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $309,000 of 0% market-linked notes due March 31, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 125% of any index gain. If the index falls, investors will be exposed to the first 5% of the loss, subject to a minimum payout of 95% par.
