Citigroup to price buffered digital notes tied to SPDR S&P Metals

Olympia, Wash., March 20 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% buffered digital securities due in 13 to 15 months linked to the SPDR S&P Metals & Mining ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF finishes at or above the initial level or falls by up to 15%, the payout at maturity will be par plus 8.19% to 9.61%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% that the ETF declines beyond the 15% buffer.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.

The Cusip number is 17326YUB0.
