New Issue: Citi sells $4.18 million 10.25% single observation ELKS on Qualcomm

Morgantown, W.Va., March 19 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $4.18 million of 10.25% single observation Equity LinKed Securities due March 9, 2020 linked to Qualcomm Inc. shares, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Interest is payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par in cash unless the stock finishes below the initial price and closes below the downside threshold level, 70% of the initial share price, on any day during the life of the notes, in which case the payout will be a number of Qualcomm shares equal to $1,000 divided by the initial share price or, at the issuer’s option, the cash equivalent.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
