New Issue: Citigroup sells $214,000 market-linked notes tied to iShares EAFE ETF

Morgantown, W.Va., March 15 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $214,000 of 0% market-linked notes due March 3, 2022 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any ETF gain, capped at 25%. If the ETF finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as a selected dealer.
