New Issue: Citigroup sells $2.10 million market-linked notes tied to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., March 13 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2,100,900 of 0% market-linked notes due March 4, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, capped at 20%. If the index finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as a selected dealer.
