New Issue: Citigroup prices $3.61 million buffered notes linked to Emerging Markets ETF

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 21 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $3.61 million of 0% buffered notes due March 4, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final share price is greater than or equal to the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fund gain, up to a 17.8% maximum gain.

If the final share price is less than the initial share price but is greater than or equal to the buffer price, 90% of the initial share price, the payout will be par.

If the final share price is less than the buffer price, investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that the ETF declines beyond 10%.
