Olympia, Wash., Jan. 24 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc priced $200,000 of autocallable phoenix securities due Feb. 5, 2020 linked to the common stock of Apple Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 10% if the stock closes at or above its 82.1% coupon barrier on the related quarterly observation date.
The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if the stock closes at or above its initial price on May 2, Aug. 1 and Oct. 31.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon unless the stock finishes below 82.1% of its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1.21803% for each 1% decline of the stock beyond 17.9%.
