New Issue: Citi prices $14,000 buffer securities tied to Euro Stoxx 50 index

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 4 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $14,000 of 0% buffer securities due Jan. 5 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.9 times any index gain, up to a maximum return of 22%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% per 1% drop beyond 15%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent.
