New Issue: Citigroup sells $2.04 million market-linked notes tied to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 3 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.04 million of 0% market-linked notes due Jan. 5, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final index level is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index gain, capped at par plus 23%.

If the final level is less than or equal to the initial level, the payout will be par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is handling distribution.
