Citi to price enhanced barrier digital plus notes on Stoxx Europe 600

Chicago, Dec. 28 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% enhanced barrier digital plus securities due Jan. 30, 2024 linked to the Stoxx Europe 600 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its 80% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of any gain and the 35% to 38% digital return. The exact digital return will be set at pricing.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.

The notes will price on Jan. 25 and settle on Jan. 30.

The Cusip number is 17326Y2N5.
