New Issue: Citi sells $3.77 million leveraged notes due 2020 tied to S&P 500

Chicago, Dec. 14 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $3.77 million of 0% notes due Feb. 28, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,183.60 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent.
