New Issue: Citigroup sells $4.55 million buffer securities on iShares MSCI EAFE

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 6 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $4.55 million of 0% buffer securities due July 2, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any fund gain, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 27.65%. Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% that the fund declines beyond the 10% buffer.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
