Citigroup plans 10-year callable step-up notes with 4% initial rate

Chicago, Nov. 27 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price callable step-up coupon notes due Nov. 30, 2028, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be 4% initially, stepping up to 5% on Nov. 30, 2024 and to 6% on Nov. 30, 2025. Interest will be payable semiannually.

The payout at maturity will be par.

The notes will be callable in whole at par on any quarterly date beginning Nov. 30, 2023.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.

The notes are expected to price on Nov. 28 and settle on Nov. 30.

The Cusip number is 17298CGJ1.
