Citi plans three-year leveraged market-linked notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 20 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% market-linked notes due Dec. 27, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 135% to 140% of the gain.

If the index finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par plus the return with a minimum return of 95% of par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.

The notes will price on Dec. 21 and settle on Dec. 27.

The Cusip number is 17326Y7H3.
