Citigroup to price buffer securities due 2021 tied to MSCI EAFE ETF

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 14 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% buffer securities due July 2, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the ETF return, capped at par plus 27.65%.

Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to the buffer amount of 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines beyond the buffer.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent.

The notes (Cusip: 17326Y3Q7) will price on Nov. 28 and settle on Dec. 3.
