Citigroup plans contingent buffered digital notes linked to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 6 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% contingent buffered digital notes due Feb. 12, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the barrier level, 85% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10.1%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the final level is less than the initial level.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.

The notes will price on Nov. 9.

The Cusip number is 17326YA48.
