Olympia, Wash., Oct. 26 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $817,000 of 0% enhanced barrier digital plus securities due Nov. 4, 2019 linked to Micron Technology, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the stock finishes at or above its 75% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater 10% and any gain, capped at par plus 22%.

Otherwise, investors will receive a number of shares equal to $1,000 divided by the initial share price or, at the issuer’s option, an amount in cash equal to the value of those shares.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
