Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 19 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.7 million of 0% buffered digital securities due Jan. 13, 2021 linked to the Energy Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the fund finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed return of 19.7%.
If the fund falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.
