Olympia, Wash., Oct. 1 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $193,000 of 0% dual directional buffer securities due Sept. 28, 2023 linked to the worse performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final level of the worst performing index is greater than its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 155% of the return of the worst performing index.
If the final level of the worst performing index is equal to or less than its initial level by up to 30%, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the return of the worst performing index.
Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses of the worst performing index beyond the buffer.
