New Issue: Citigroup sells $361,000 barrier securities linked to MSCI EAFE index

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 26 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $361,000 0% barrier securities due Sept. 24, 2021 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 110% of the index return.

If the final index level is less than the initial level but greater than or equal to the 75% barrier level, the payout will be par.

If the final index level is less than the barrier level, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index from its initial level.
