Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 27 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.25 million of 18.25% autocallable equity-linked securities due Feb. 27, 2019 linked to the common stocks of Marvel Technology Group Ltd. and Yandex NV, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
Interest is payable monthly.
The notes will be called at par if each stock closes at or above its initial share price on any monthly redemption observation date starting in November.
The payout at maturity will be par unless either stock finishes below the 75% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the loss of the worst performing stock.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
