New Issue: Citigroup sells $1.24 million contingent buffered digital notes on S&P

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 15 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.24 million of 0% contingent buffered digital notes due Nov. 14, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to the barrier level, 85% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 8%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline in the index.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
