New Issue: Citigroup prices $2.71 million barrier digital notes on Stoxx Banks, Energy Select

Morgantown, W.Va., July 25 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.71 million of 0% enhanced barrier digital securities due July 28, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx Banks index and the Energy Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final level of the worse performing underlying is greater than or equal to the barrier level, 70% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 60%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performing underlying from its initial level.
