Citi plans 7.6% contingent coupon autocalls on S&P 500, Russell, Dow

New York, July 23 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 7.6% autocallable contingent coupon equity linked securities due July 29, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent semi-annual coupon at an annual rate of 7.6% if each underlying index closes at or above its 80% coupon barrier on the observation date for that period. Any previously unpaid coupons will also be paid if the conditions are met to pay a coupon for a particular period.

Starting in July 2019, the notes will be called if each index closes at or above its initial level on any semi-annual observation date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any index finishes below its 70% final barrier level, in which case investors will receive par plus the return of the worst performing index with full exposure to any losses.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.

The notes will price on July 24 and settle on July 27.

The Cusip number is 17324CYJ9.
