New Issue: Citigroup sells $830,000 notes linked to Bloomberg Commodity

Morgantown, W.Va., June 7 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $830,000 of 0% notes due June 3, 2020 linked to the Bloomberg Commodity index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be the minimum payment, 96.17% of par, plus the index return.

If the index falls, the payout will be 96.17% of par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent.
