New Issue: Citigroup sells $1.25 million buffer securities on iShares MSCI EAFE

Morgantown, W.Va., April 20 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.25 million of 0% buffer securities due April 7, 2022 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.05 times any fund gain. Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 30% and will lose 1% for every 1% that the fund declines beyond the 30% buffer.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
