Citigroup to price buffered notes tied to MSCI EAFE index

New York, April 19 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% buffered index-linked notes due in 10 to 22 months linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any index gain capped at a maximum settlement amount of $1,211.80 to $1,249.15 per $1,000 principal amount. The exact settlement will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.

The Cusip is 17324CUE4.
