New Issue: Citigroup prices $2.67 million buffered notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Morgantown, W.Va., March 21 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.67 million of 0% buffered index-linked notes due Feb. 20, 2020 tied to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 160% of the index return, capped at par plus 24%. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 12.5% and lose 1.1429% for every 1% decline in the index beyond 12.5%.
