New Issue: Citigroup sells $1.05 million barrier securities linked to three ETFs

New York, March 19 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.05 million of 0% barrier securities due March 14, 2023 linked to the Technology Select Sector SPDR fund, the PowerShares QQQ Trust, series 1 exchange-traded fund and the Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 225% of any gain of the worse performing ETF capped at par plus 65%.

If the worse performing asset falls by up to 60%, the payout will be par; otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the lowest performing ETF.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
