Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 22 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $5.04 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Aug. 20, 2020 linked to the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 200% of any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 39%.
If the fund falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC as a dealer.
