Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 8 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $5,403,980 of 0% market-linked notes due Jan. 4, 2023 linked to the MSCI Europe index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain. If the index falls, the payout will be par.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as a dealer.
