Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 6 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.48 million of 0% trigger gears due Nov. 30, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.45 times the gain.
If the index finishes flat or falls by up to 50%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.
